Refund & Return Policy
At You & I Merchandise, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
We Accept Returns If
We accept return and refund requests under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The item is defective (faulty zipper, stitching issue, etc.)
- The item doesn't match the description (wrong color, style, or product sent)
- The item never arrived
For all of the above, no restocking fee applies. If the issue is on our end, your refund is full — no deductions.
Photo Proof Required
To process your request, we require clear photo evidence of the issue. This helps us resolve your case quickly and accurately.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Return Shipping
If your return is approved for one of the eligible reasons above — damaged, defective, or wrong item — we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your request is approved, we will reach out via email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
For any return requests approved outside of the eligible reasons listed above, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please do not ship anything back to us without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to any return requests that fall outside of the eligible reasons listed above and are approved at our discretion.
How It Works
Once we receive your email and review your photos, we will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Approved cases will be resolved with either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item, depending on availability and your preference.
What We Don't Cover
We are unable to process returns or refunds for the following:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Items returned without prior approval
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- The item is from the Jewelry or Merch Collections
