Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

We work with multiple suppliers to bring you a curated selection of styles. Shipping times vary depending on the item:

Ships from Overseas 10–20 business days
You & I branded items (tees, hoodies, totes) 5–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand, or customs processing for international shipments.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Duties

For items shipping from overseas, your order may be subject to customs processing. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays caused by customs. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at youandimerchandise@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
